By applying multiple different family therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life. One thing that I believe is important to process in therapy is to unmask the shame that we carry, and learn how to let some of it go. Another important thing that I do in all my sessions, is evaluate how behavior patterns or negative perceptions have affected your relationships.
